ABU GRADUATE AND ENGINEER BUILDS ECO-FRIENDLY 'SPIRITUAL' MOTORCYCLE AMID RISING FUEL COSTS

A.B.U Graduate and Engineer James Enwongulu, motivated by the high cost of automobiles in the country, shared that he invested over ₦200,000 in constructing a motorcycle affectionately known as "Spiritual" by his nephew. He discussed this achievement on the Akwanga-based Option FM program, "Matters Arising." Enwongulu highlighted that most of the materials for the motorcycle were locally sourced, and it took him two months to complete the project. He faced challenges in material procurement and funding while developing the motorcycle, which runs on Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), commonly referred to as fuel. He expressed his dedication to improving the motorcycle's efficiency and eco-friendliness. Mr. Enwongulu, a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria, Kaduna State, currently serves as a lecturer at the Isa Mustapha Agwai Polytechnic (IMAP) in Lafia.
